We’re thrilled to introduce a new Leadership Series brought to you by the LENS program, celebrating the richness of in-person conversations and the ongoing journey of learning together. We'll be bringing in a diverse group of inspiration individuals to share their expertise and stories with us.

Join us at the Isle of Palms Exchange, 201 Palm Blvd., IOP, for these exclusive events. We're keeping it intimate with a cap of 60 attendees, and we'll be gathering at 6:00 PM on the first Tuesday evening of each quarter, starting January 9th, 2024.

Our community is home to an impressive roster of leaders, both those currently shaping our industries and those with a wealth of experience to share. We're excited to offer a platform for these voices to connect with our community, exchanging knowledge and sparking conversations. Each session will feature insightful presentations and encourage dialogue among all who join us.

I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.

Former Congressman and State Legislator Tommy Hartnett will be our inaugural speaker. Tommy will share inside knowledge of what it was like to be a Representative from the Charleston area in the SC General Assembly and Representing the First Congressional District in Washington. In addition, he will offer humorous stories of working with some of South Carolina’s and national characters.

Sherry Welsh, former Bosch Executive and current Leadership consultant and coach is providing her expertise to the LENS Team as part of this effort. Sherry acknowledges that, “Providing a forum such as this for all ages and experiences to come together and learn and share with one another is something I am honored to be a part of.”
