LENS INTERNSHIPS

EMPLOYMENT WITH THE ISLE OF PALMS POLICE DEPARTMENT

IOP LENS is sponsoring internships for college students needing summer employment and looking for experience in a law enforcement environment. Applicants accepted to the LENS work program will be offered $15.00 an hour. The IOP Police Department will conduct interviews prior to acceptance and determine the work schedule and job description. All applicants will be subject to a criminal record check and motor vehicle record check. The information will be obtained from law enforcement agencies and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles and used to determine your qualifications for employment with the Police Department.
